CASHMERE-int, a subproject of the "Competence Network: New Sciences, Standardisation, MetaData" hosts the first "Preservation and DC-Tools: Standards and Standardisation activities" workshop. On the first day (February 28th) the subject will be standards and standardisation activities in the field of preservation. On March 1st standards and standardisation activities in the context of Semantic Web and Web Services will be presented. On the last day (March 2nd) the DC Tools Working Group Meeting will take place in the course of the workshop.
